Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to docwhispr (the "Service"). Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle may also apply rules required by payment methods and local regulations.

1. Subscription billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing and cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from the Service, where available.

2. Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you typically retain access through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not always delete past invoices or records required for accounting and legal compliance.

3. Refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly offered at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you experienced a qualifying technical failure that prevented access, contact support with your account email and transaction details and we will review in good faith.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access pending resolution. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue without payment disputes where possible.

5. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above.
