  • Account data: such as email address and authentication identifiers you provide when you register or sign in.
  • Content you submit: documents, text, and related metadata you upload or generate through the Service.
  • Technical data: such as IP address, device/browser type, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Payment data: payments for subscriptions are processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; Paddle processes payment information according to its own policies.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate with you about the Service (including transactional emails).

3. Sharing

We use service providers (for example hosting, email, analytics, and payments) who process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and our users.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, backups, and legal compliance), unless a shorter period is required by law.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

7. International transfers

We may process information in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this Notice by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above.
